Social justice art can be a vehicle for change. It can inspire dialogue, action, and create a healing space for your home or office.
My work explores social injustices in vulnerable communities to inspire action and dialogue. I use acrylic on canvas to capture themes quickly and digital work to reach vast audiences. My bright color palette and Andean patterns are a reflection of my Latin roots. The flowers in my work are an homage to my family’s homeland, Ecuador, and a powerful symbol of growth, empathy, and femininity.
Every child is an artist. The problem is to remain an artist once they grow up.
